Important Appointment Guidelines
New Patients (Referral Required)
In accordance with Alberta Health Care regulations, seeing a specialist requires a formal physician referral:
– All incoming referrals are triaged by our pediatricians based on medical priority. Once accepted, our front desk will contact you directly to schedule an appointment.
Established Patients (Sick Visits & Follow-ups)
If your child is already a registered patient of Dr. Brar, Dr. Farhan, or Dr. Nasir:
– Please call our clinic at (780) 756-9677 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
– Dedicated same-day urgent appointments are available for acute illnesses (such as sudden high fevers or ear infections).
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
When an appointment is missed without prior notice, it hurts other sick children who were waiting for urgent care:
– If you need to reschedule or cancel your visit, please provide at least 24 hours notice by calling our office.
